Simple things

Your smiling morning makes your day good going  ... A good start is half done . Do you remember that we become like those with whom we spend our most of the time  ... Now a human being replaced by mobile phone a non live object which makes us like a machine  ..We ask for any problems we face in actual life to google  .... Is it a healthy practice ??? A very simple thing for a good healthy life physical and mental both is being punctual in your eating , your wake up time and your sleeping time  ... I know its very hard thing nowadays as it is so simple  ..We are habituated for complications and its solutions that is why simple things are not easily understandable  ... We are having 1 clock inside our brain and according to our habit it reminds us for doing some particular thing  ... Do a simple exercise : please tell your mind after going to the bed for a sleep that please wake me up @ 3.30 am next morning  ...Don't put any kind of alarm  ...and you can see that in the midnigh

Good morning is a start ...

Lets starts with like our day begins  ... What you do very first when your eyes get opened in the bed ?? What is your first thought of the day just after opening your eyes  ... This is a very first step to the way of peace  ... I know you have checked your mobile first ..Your mails ,whatsapp chats and facebook etc . social site's notifications  .... Then check the clock and say : oh once again I am getting late ...!!! I don't want to discuss any thing about all those discussed issues earlier  .. When you open your eyes first give a smile to your face without thinking any thing  ..Your this gesture give you 1 positive effect  ...Then go to mirror  .. Say GOOD MORNING  to your self  and your feeling will be different from all other days  . Instead of picking up mobile just open the curtains on window and then window too  .. Just look at out side the window  ..and observe it without any remarks  . Perhaps 1 bird is flying or 1 squirrel running here and there for food  , 1

peace of life

We saw a mirror last time  .  Today is World Yoga Day . This is right day to say some thing about peace of Mind . Our mind . Our inner world . Every one in this world wants to live their life peacefully , I mean each and every creature on the planet Earth  ... Just keep your visions outside from the world of humanbeing ..Yes I correctly say vision not eyes  ..Eyes are used to see only ,but Vision helps to look the matter applying our mind ,thoughts , last but not least our consious .  Our basic needs are food ,clothings ,house and now a days sex too  ... Food :Basic rule in the all creatures except humanbeing that they gain it directly from the nature and in natural forms . They should not buy it from nature . Just tell me that All mighty is decided that a human should purchase ?? they cannot be provided free like others ??? you know the answer and no more discussion  ... Cloths : Nobody except humanbeing wear clothes ... And we are  because we are intelligent and "civilise

The mirror

A bell is ringing on your door of soul .... Can you hear it ???  Can you hear it sometimes or everytime or never ???!!! It depends on your capacity to hear the sound of soul  ... A simple example : = What is your favourite colour ?? = When you are happy or sad last time ??? = Which subject you like the most  to talk or read ??? = How do you like to spend your leisure time ??? These questions look so simple but they are not so simple  ..Because you  answer the questions to yourself and moderate yourself  ... Answer may be vary time to time  , age to age ,mood to mood  ..but all reflects your personality  ...We generally behave consiously when we are with others  ..But with self we avoid to maintain such discipline  ..What we talk out side can we follow with self  this is exact self analysis  ... A journey within ........

A journey within ........ Yes our journey within ourselves  ..Before knowing the world we should know ourselves first ...Now I put myself instead of our .... How I relate the world with my self ??? Question looks simple but not simple so far .. I interpret each and every thing outside according to my understanding  .. Understanding can be achieved by imitate some one i.e. parents ,friends ,schoolmates ,teachers etc . I arrive at any conclusion either by discuss the thing with others whom I trust or it may my own . For example : Mobile is ringing and I see the name of mr .X . I want to avoid talking with him  .I have option not to pick the phone  or something tell that indicates that I am not able to talk with him just now .I observed the things in the past in my home or surroundings  and when I find myself in same condition I follow any of them  . But my consious says that it may possible that the person is having real trouble or you should atleast hear him  calmfully it may be sur

JOY OF STRUGGLE

Now a days a man's mind is become a hard disc of  computer  . Every information is kept inside . A huge bunch of all type of information  .. But there is a vast difference between information and knowledge  ... Only information is meaning less untill we don't know that how ,why ,where and when it can be used  . That is called knowledge  . And in this time knowlege is on sale in form of printing and electronic  ..Mobile phone is the latest innovation of seeking the knowledge  .. You must be think that how it can be related with stress ??? Because we are lacking the joy of struggle  ...Yessss  ...I am rightly saying the JOY OF STRUGGLE  ... When we need something then we have to make efforts ... We have to move in some direction .When we determine for a move then we can know that our road is right or wrong  ... If right then no problem but if wrong ,then which could be the right one  ..Here the process of struggle being started  ... Sometimes our move to some direction we fin

Its all about the life : Why stress ???

1.       Why stress ???  Our life is so busy these days  …. You know this very well  ..  but I exactly want to tell you that what is the stress ?? That is a gap between our expectations and results  .. Sometimes the direction of our result may totally in opposite direction from our expectations  … Everybody wants to win not to lose  . Every body wants fruits immediately after making their efforts whether they may prove wrong or right  . Patience is absent in our life  . This is one of the reason for our stress . Our dependency only on our educational institutions or tution classes or coaches or mentors  ..We forget at the same time that they are also human being  … We also forget that each and every human is differing from others in all respects and so the results will be with same efforts they made  . A good healthy child will born only after 9 months preganancy   .. So we have to wait of 9 months atleast in general circumstances .. Just like that we have to allow gap betwee
